« Ordered 2 remote units that were CLEARLY advertised as the replacement for my current one. Once received, these doesn't work. Contacted customer service and they state that the remotes units I ordered are not compatible with my current one. How is this even possible if in the website it's stated that these are the replacement for my remote unit??? Contact them back and they ask me to send back the remotes but I would have to pay for transportation. Over 20 euros to send to france for 2 remotes for which I paid 33 euros!!! Write them back again and their reply is "contact us again after 03/06/2023", which is when the guarantee expires. This company is a scam! I just lost my time and money for their false advertising. AVOID BUYING HERE! »
